The Executive Committee, the administrative organ of the association, is placed under the responsibility of the president and two vice-presidents. The distribution of the various posts takes geographical and linguistic realities into consideration. Its mandate is two years and alternates between the countries of French and English expression.

The permanent secretariat is located at the headquarters of the the association in the Road Fund of Cameroon and run by a Permanent Secretary under the authority of the President.

The president of the executive committee is responsible the management of the funds of the association subject to the approval of the General Assembly.

The vice-presidents carry out the duties of the president in his absence and by order of precedence.
